Cameron Wood will be showcasing piano music from the 19th and 20th centuries that inspired the building of this beautiful 1920's Steinway & Sons grand piano. Hosted at the historic Jackson Presbyterian Church, this will be an experience that allows listeners to step back in time to hear what music sounded like in the early 20th century.

Cameron will be performing major works by Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Liszt, Rachmaninoff and Debussy that were all composed before the building of this piano. These works will demonstrate the techniques and tones that demanded the masterful construction of the high-quality Steinway & Sons pianos that were built in the 1920's.
